This may come across as a stream of consciousness- I apologize about that. I have bad ADHD 😂Whitney is the best attorney on the face of the planet. I used to work in billing for PI cases, so I’ve interacted with my fair share of attorneys, and I chose this law firm to represent me for a horrendous accident I was in very carefully. Whitney went so far above and beyond my expectations. She went to every insurance involved to ask for compensation for an accident that my driver was found at fault, and wound up getting me a settlement that is allowing me to start my own business. I owe Whitney so much for helping me thru the healing process. She checked in with me constantly to make sure I was healing properly, and she encouraged me to stay in treatment longer if necessary, which lessened the payout she would have gotten. She showed me she cares about the people more than the money, and that’s the number 1 reason if I ever need a PI attorney again, knock wood, I will 100% come back to Whitney. I was in an accident in November 2021. I stumbled across Cruiel and Runion and decided to let them take my case and was so happy I did! A little back story 2021 was an awful year for my family with car accidents. 2 of my daughters were in accidents in May of 2021 and I went with another firm due to not knowing about Curiel and Runion. Still to this review I am having to constantly call to get updates on their cases. It is as if out of sight out of mind, which is also why I was looking for a new firm when I got into an accident. I never had to follow-up with this team! Between email updates from Triumph and Derick to the personal attention I was given by Amber I was truly amazed!
