Michael Golato

I am a personal injury lawyer at Curiel and Runion. As a passionate advocate for my clients, I am dedicated to fighting for the rights of those who have been injured due to the negligence of others. I primarily focus on litigation, where I take great pleasure in holding insurance companies financially accountable for the harm that my clients have suffered.

I graduated from the University of Arizona in 2011 with a degree in Political Science. As a student, I volunteered with various political and philanthropic organizations, lending much of my time to the support and rehabilitation of impoverished families in Arizona. I attended Hofstra University School of Law, where I was elected by my peers to serve as a Senator of the Student Bar Association. Following graduation, I made the decision to return to Arizona, where I was admitted to the State Bar in 2016. I am admitted to practice

Prior to becoming a proud member of the Curiel and Runion team in 2022, I was litigation counsel for a well-known personal injury firm in Arizona. My background in the automobile insurance industry, with experience in claims handling and company arbitration, has given me a unique perspective and an edge in representing injured clients.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, golfing, and spending time with my dog Piper. I am an enthusiastic sports fan and maintain a fond allegiance to my hometown, the City of Champions, Boston, Massachusetts.
